The [[Eastern Bloc]] and the [[Confederated Nations of Niueyjar]] had been at war since 28-5 18 PC. On 3-11 the Eastern Bloc landed forces in the Faltiran provinces of [[Res Striltir]] and [[Ard Striltir]] in an attempt to deny the [[CNN]] the ability to garrison forces near [[eee]]. The few CNN forces were present on Faltir leading the [[5th Confederated Nations of Niueyjar Territorial Defence Force]] (5th CNNTDF) to be sent to reenforce their limited forces there. The 5th CNNTDF arrived at Faltir on 3-1 19 PC.
