A day later Arkara-affiliated protestors took to the streets of [[Ablesken]] demanding an explanation for the killing of Kamakta Arkara. At the same time the [[CNN Federal Court]] put their ongoing corruption investigation and trials on hold to allow the [[Council of Directors of the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar]] (CODCNN) to hold an emergency meeting relating to the report. Harakar ordered the Akarian Navy back to Akaria and ordered the full mobilisation of the Living Army. Shortly after making his order Harakar departed Ablsken for Fort Garikoph in secret and ordered his military leaders, including Akrake to meet him there.

			Harakar, Akrake and the other Akarian military leaders met with the Utlian leadership on 8-6 18 PC to discuss the ongoing tension with the CNN. At the meeting it was agreed that the Eastern Bloc would move against the CNN until they attacked first.
