Artak's 9th Dictate established the osslettes of [[Osslette of Azzun|Azzun]], [[Osslette of Dire|Dire]], [[Osslette of Balmok|Balmok]] and [[Osslette of Monor|Monor]] and granted the Living King the power to select the initial ossbosche of each.

== Reactions ==
Some in Akaria –particularily rivals of the [[Arkara]]– saw the creation of four new osslettes as a move by Artak Arkara to gain more influence in the [[Ossbosche Assembly]] as Artak appointed people loyal to the Arkara to the positions of ossbosche in the osslettes.
