The next day, Kamakta, as Leader of the Arkara, declared the Arkara's defiance of the dictate, beginning the [[Arkara Uprising of 3 PC]]. The [[Living Army]] and [[Skrake Army]] fought against the [[Arkara Army]]. Peace was achieved on 24-3 3 PC, following negotiations between Harakar Oken, the [[Skrake]], the Ossbosche Assembly and the Arkara. Kamakta agreed to step down and have the Arkara recognize the dictate and in exchange, he and his allies would be granted total amnesty in regards to the uprising.</div></td>
