Ownership of the island was split 60–40 between the [[East Confederation Whaling Company]] and the [[Ossbosche of Essalia]]. A treaty was signed between the two with Lightning signing on behalf of the Osslette of Essalita, the Perat and the Kingdom of Akaria.
