In 44 PC, [[Modhesian Pure Land Mandate of Nongba|MPLMoN]] forces arrived on Ronatana near to Craig with the intention of rooting out pirate activity. On 8-3, The MPLMoN claimed a cabal of pirates to be opperating out of Port Craig, and told the [[Tun'ilhameng Liberation Procedure|Ronatanan government]] that it should be delt with. Subsequent research has casted some doubt on these claims, as while Craig was known to harbor some criminal activity, there is little evidence to suggest it as a prominant hub, any moreso than any other port.

The TLP failed to respond the MPLMoN, and on 1-4 the peacekeepers stormed Craig. The ensuing investigative raid concluded after eight days, with results that have never been published. Afterwards, the MPLMoN left a small occupying force and departed.
