Têyân's was established in [[58 PC]] by Mišl'l Têyân, a Hapšâw'l immigrant in T'vaqi. The business began in a singular store complex unit in the Riqha district of [[Ishiq]]. The eatery saw little success until Têyân began selling what is now its signature dish, Parosi. Parosi, a modification of traditional T'vaqi [[rosi]], consists of fried fish breaded in dough which is then breaded in hash browns and fried again. The dish proved incredibly popular among a local audience, and Têyân struggled to keep up with demand. His wife Maqomo Miqira, whom he had married shortly after starting the business, suggested that he open a second instance of the restaurant, to which he obliged. Parosi remained incredibly popular, prompting the couple to begin opening locations across Ishiq. By 63 PC, the brand had grown to an approximate value of 50 million [[T'vaqi Qho|qhi]]. Though Têyân no longer needed to work at the restaurant for a living, he continued to do so until 70 PC, stopping after burning his hand in a fryer.<br />

It is unknown if the serving is actually three Parosi and the fourth is a bonus.</ref> The standard interior and exterior of a Têyân's are decorated to superficially resemble an ordinary Heberal (often by painting the exterior and affixing cultural items to the walls, such as the flag of Hapšâw). Most locations have a small stand propped up in front of the restaurant, where customers can purchase novelty items and cheap snacks. This constitutes the "Market" portion of the restaurant. The stand can be moved indoors in the event of adverse weather, though some locations have a large roof overhang specifically designed to shelter the Market. All Têyân's locations have indoor seating; very few have outdoor seating.<br />
