== Background ==
On 28-3 10 PC, the [[ATFS Arakar]] of the Akarian Trade Fleet was destroyed by the [[Sorewa Liberation Uprising]] (SLU), shortly after the Collective Kelelemi Republic was plunged into a [[Seireimeiko|state of chaos]]. This was the SLU's first attack on a foreign target.

== Meeting ==
Two days after the attack, [[Living King]], [[Harakar Oken]] held a meeting for the Akarian-Utlian Alliance in Oksken to decide what was to be done about the SLU. It was decided to have the [[High Director of the Akarian Navy]], [[Akrake Oken]] plan the Akarian and Utlian intervention against the SLU.
