== History ==
The original [[Akarian Navy (1198 TT – 1071 TT)|Akarian Navy]] was led by a large collection of advisors and headed by the [[Living King]]. The position of high director only came into existence with the re-establishment of the [[Akarian Navy]] through 25-3 1 PC through [[Harakar's 8th Dictate]].

== Powers ==
The high director has complete authority over the Akarian Navy. In addition to this, the high director has the power to act on behalf of the Living King at their own discretion.
