Karedone was established on 13-8 454 TT through [[Klaichandoi's 3rd Dictate]] alongside [[Osslette of Andorka|Andorka]], [[Osslette of Goaphe|Goaphe]], and [[Osslette of Wyak|Wyak]]. The dictate stipulated that they would be directly managed by the [[Deram]] for the first one hundred years after their creation.
