On 10-6 16 PC, Head of the Utlian Whaling and Fishing Affairs Department, [[Ishmaellyme Bryme]] departed for the Eastern Ocean. On 10-6 16 PC the Utlian Whaling and Fishing Affairs Department commissioned 20 whaling ships for use in the Eastern Ocean. On 1-7 16 PC, Ishmaellyme and the Utlian Whaling and Fishing Affairs Department established [[Whale-Ut]] to serve as a whaling outpost in the Eastern Ocean.
