Izumisawa is the capital and largest city of the Collective Kelelemi Republic. It is the seat of government and where Bluerock House and the Monument to the Collective are. During the Seireimeiko the city was overrun with rioting, although KEUA forces later pushed some rioters out of the city, with heavy fighting.
