Ablesken is the capital city of the Kingdom of Akaria.

History

Pre-calming

Establishment

Ablesken was established by Leader of the Akarinian Confederation, Gotiph on 17-5 1727 TT, at the site where his grandfather Kadar proclaimed that he had fused with the spirit from the Isle of Mirrors. Before this point, Akaria had not had a capital.

Post-calming

Arkara Uprising of 3 PC

On 4-2 3 PC Living King, Harakar Oken issued his 10th Dictate barring Arkara from serving as ossbosches. On 8-3 3 PC Leader of the Arkara and Ossbosche of Grada, Kamakta Arkara declared the Arkara's defiance of Harakar's 10th Dictate beginning the Arkara Uprising of 3 PC. The Arkara Army entered into defensive positions across the Arkara Kadrike including in Ablesken whilst Harakar fled Ablesken for Oksken. The Arkara backed down on 24-3 3 PC with Harakar returning to Ablesken on 7-4 3 PC

Economy

Most of Ablesken's economy is based around servicing the Tumak Ordok and Saymok's Hall. Small amounts of agriculture take place around the city.

Culture

Historic sites

The Tumak Ordok, one of Karininan Mirroi's most holy sites and the Living King's office and living area is located in the exact centre of the city. On the east side of the city is Saymok's Hall which is the office of the Council of Akaria. Wayok Park surrounds Saymok's hall.

Politics

Access to the city's sacred sites is restricted to members of the Kadrikes and bosches. Though situated within the Arkara Kadrike, the city is fully exempt from its laws.

Ablesken is run by the Warden of Ablesken, who is appointed by the Living King.
