Functionally a theocratic state ruled by the God Modhes Ywl and his Temple, the state does not technically exist in any legal sense, as Modhes Temple defines their rule as universal, with all states that aren't Deysachin being autonomous zones.

History Prior To Deysachin
Pre-History
Very little is known solidly about Deysachin prior to the dawn of recorded history. The first known evidence of human habitation of the area is the Su'am Body, dated to 5001 TT.
