The demographics of Utlia follow the various groups, such as ethnicity, religions and nationality throughout greater Utlia.

Utlia is made up of 79% native Utlians, with the highest concentration being found in Wynlia and North Utlia. The province with the lowest percentage of Utlians is Brenjia, with slightly over 90% of citizens being of Casean descent.
