Biography
Early life
Kakaz Oken was born in Adazete to Johnakar Oken, a Karinian and Zarma Oken, an Ald.
High Director of the Aharka Military Base
On 13-9 4 PC Kakaz's brother, Living King, Harakar Oken made her the High Director of the newly established Aharka Military Base on the island of Ka Tong in Haute eee.
The majority of the Dzebir Isles, which Ka Tong was a part of, peacefully split off from Haute eee on 25-5 9 PC forming Dzebir-Shêsek eee with the city of Shêsek. On 28-5 9 PC, after determining that Dzebir-Shêsek eee had no desire to be a part of the Eastern Bloc Kakaz Oken had the island declare independence as Akaria eee.
