Confederation is the planned capital of the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN).
History
Construction
Construction of the city began on 5-12 8 PC.
The name of the new capital was revealed on 19-2 9 PC. During the same anouncement the CNN invited architects and engineers from across the Attu Archipelago to come work on the project. The next day Kel-Elemi established their embassy in the under construction capital.
The city's base was reported to be 50% complete by 19-7 9 PC.
Construction of the base concluded on 23-12 9 PC. Work then began on the instillation of the worldium.
The worldium was fully installed on 25-1 10 PC, with ritual sacrifices beggining shortly after to power it.
The sacrifices were put on hold on 7-6 10 PC after Confederation being deemed "too heavy to float with an acceptable number of sacrifices".
