Within the government of the Republic of Utlia, there are 28 Lower Cabinet districts, with members elected every 10 years. Each province has 4 general elected members to the LC. The remaining 6 seats belong to the cities Tinlea, Unlaunen, Kelna, Arzyt, Balmor and Orena.
