Yetkeo is a keo subculture that began in the 30 PCs.

History

Yetkeo comes from the Yetmey Corel art collective operating out of the Keotyo district of Balmor-Ut.

In 31 PC the Yetmey Corel art collective, then an underground network of local musicians and visual artists, moved its place of headquarters into the Keotyo district of Balmor-Ut; the area at the time was known for being a bustling shopping district with a number of abandoned warehouses and rundown venues in its north side. During the move, founder of Corel, artist, and occasional dueleikist for Iruneri, Umel Yoka noticed that the building they had moved into was directly adjacent to an army surplus store,

Characteristics

Yetkeo adherents are known for clothing largely sourced from army surplus vendors, which are legal throughout much of Wynlia and North Utlia, most notably pin-adorned jackets used by the National Army are a staple fashion. The other primary characteristic of members is a love for the Mrael genre of music, which was experiencing a boom in popularity at the time due to bands like Archek! and Iruneri. The subculture is often associated with horses, this is attributed to the confusion with jeroekeo, a different keo subculture from northern Utlia.
