Yotum is a metropolitan area on the western coast of Nongba with a population of approximately 700,000. Yotum is the largest metropolitan area on Nongba and within the YDF. Yotum includes the cities of Tunga and Yumpa with populations of 208,000 and 382,000 respectively. Tunga is the second oldest human settlement on Nongba, after Tolha.

The Yotumic Divisionary Federation is named after Yotum.
