Izumisawa

Izumisawa is the capital city of the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic and the largest city. It is the seat of government and where Bluerock House and the Monument to the Collective are. During the Seireimeiko the city was overran with rioting, although KEUA forces later pushed some rioters out of the city, with heavy fighting.
