History
On 12-2 9 PC, the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF) paid the government of Kel-Elemi in sapphires to catch and transport several Kel-Elemi snakes for them so that they could start a breeding program on Nongba in an attempt to resolve the 9 PC Nongban Food Shortage. The snakes arrived 21-2 9 PC, having managed to sneak around Niueyjar's blockade of Nongba.
