Kost Mitlason was elected Council Head of the Council of Directors of the Confederated Nation of Niueyjar (Coucil Head of the CODCNN) on 28-8 10 PC, during the 10 PC Confederated Nations of Niueyjar Elections. His election came as a shock as many beleived that incumbent Coucil Head of the CODCNN and Empress of Nieuyjar, Heidr Gullveigdaughter would win.

Kost was sworn in on 3-1 11 PC.
