Arasken-Ut, also called Manpo Island is an uninhabited planned island settlement 9 km (5.6 mi) southwest of Ronatana. While under the control of the Tun'Ilhameng Liberation Procedure, it is currently leased to the Akuta Pact from 26 PC to 50 PC. The lease asked for an inital price of 6,000 Ultian Dolare upfront plus one ultian dolare per resident per year. The lease allows TLP laws to be enforced but the Akuta pact has unlimited rights to use the land. The lease also stipulates that Akuta must build an operating harbor and a ferry service.
