Bhonak Article 1287

Article 1287 of the Bhonak (the Modhes law codes relating to international affairs) describes the provisions for a pre-existing sovereign state to become an autonomous, self governing state within Deysachin, bound by Modhes religious law but otherwise independent.

In considerance of relation unto Uldeysachwot with Modhes Truth and their ascension unto, higher state can be achieved by acceptance of head of state or other thus authority, such as one whom would stand for the state, where it be as so. Following this, The Uldeysachwot would be elevated, as such as to that holy authority would oversee their administration with that they maintain internally their prior administration, in form that of a vestigial, which that would be given mandate by the True Temple, willing to change if need be, such as in the need of the peoples represent. Holy law would apply to as deigned, in slow increment to as adjust the people represent unto Deysachin. This relation shall last as needed before truth ascension.

Meaning

A sovereign state can be made to a territory of Deysachin, under full millitary protection, if the head of state or other qualified individual or organization were to accept so. The state would remain in full control of internal administration, other than in religious matters, with Deysachni oversight to ensure peaceful and orderly process, and ensure the people are satisfied. This would last for as long as necessary, with the intent that it would one day lead to the state fully becoming a part of Deysachin.
