Standard Deysachni, alternatively Chanta Modhesi, is the lingua franca of Deysachin. It is an semi-artificial creole created from a variety of Deysachni languages, with the largest portion coming from the now extinct Old Ywlic language (a member of the Gwynghani family)
History
Standard Deysachin began as a forced pidgin within early Modhes communities. Modhes Togyr is said to have begun the practice of forcing followers to speak in a creole, rather than just using translators to speak, but the custom spread quickly, and was well established by the time of the end of the Modhesian Conquests. The pidgin would not be a more well defined creole until over a century later, and would not be officially declared "Standard Deysachni" on 231.04.29.
