The Government of Utlia is the central government of the Republic of Utlia. It includes the federal government, provincial government and city government. This article focuses on the federal government.
Maasyl
The Maasyl, or Lower Cabinet is the primary law making force in Utlia, comprised of 32 elected lawmakers from each LC District. All LC members are also members of The Coalition. Along with the 28 members, during meetings there is an overseer, usually a member of the Upper Cabinet, observing and keeping order of the parliament. Most commonly this job is assigned to the Lt President or the head of the Bureau of Domestic Affairs
Upper Cabinet
The Upper Cabinet is a group of people personally appointed by the president who represent sectors of the government such as the military, agriculture or education; while separate from the bureau system there is much overlap between these special advisors and bureau heads.
Bureau system
The Bureaus of Utlia are the main way for organizing and managing departments of government such as fishing, domestic affairs or economics.
