The Hapšâw'l Cyals League (hap tba), sometimes referred to as HaLeague is a secondary Cyals league located in Hapšâw. As of 90 PC it consists of 6 clubs.
History
The organization was founded in 88 PC with the purpose of managing the various cyals clubs that were created after the 87 PC Attu Games. It originally consisted of 5 teams, the 6th - Toron'l CC, joined a year later.
Operation
Seasons of the HCL last half a year each, and alternate between "long" and "short" or "small" seasons. During the long season, which is played during the off season of the CieLeague, all six teams play each other twice, each game awarding the winner one point and costing the loser one. After the long season finishes the team with the most points transfers to the CieLeague under the name of Hapšâw'l Yaksa! CC. The remaining teams go on to play each other twice in the short season. In the event of a tie in the long season an additional tiebreaker match is played.
