Harakar's 1st Dictate

Harakar's 1st Dictate was a living dictate issued on 24-1 1 PC by Living King Harakar Oken which granted the Living King the authority to establish treaties with foreign nations.

Background

Following the Grand Calming the Kingdom of Akaria was thrown into a state of panic. On 24-1 1 PC Harakar Oken assembled the Council of Akaria to discuss the new situation the country was in and to come up with solutions. At the meeting Harakar argued that Akaria would once again need to establish relations with other countries and put forward proposed Harakar's 1st Dictate, which would give the Living King the power to establish treaties with other nations. The council agreed with Harakar's proposal and the dictate was issued. It was the first of three dictates issued that day.

Content

Harakar's 1st Dictate permitted the Living King to create treaties with foriegn entities. No restrictions are placed on what sort of deals the Living King can make through these treaties.
