Early life
Kakaz Oken was born in Adazete to Johnakar Oken, a Karinian and Zarma Oken, an Ald.
High Director of the Aharka Military Base
On 13-9 4 PC Kakaz's brother, Living King, Harakar Oken made her the High Director of the newly established Aharka Military Base on the island of Ka Tong in Haute eee.
