Interacting with other islands

Any interaction between your island and another island must be agreed upon by both involved parties.

Foreign nationals

You must get permision from an island's owner to establish a foriegn population on your island and the same vice-versa. Once a foreign population is in place how they act is up to the person who runs their island of origin. The owner of the island where they settled may at any point do things to the foreign population (Going as far as to kill them off) without the consent of the person who manages their island of origin, but must inform them of it. At the same time the person who runs the island of their origin may have these foreign populations depart, without the consent of the person who manages the island they were settled, but must inform them of it.
