Tapiache II was the fourth monarch of the Cajia Kingdom. She was a child of Caji II who was exiled from the kingdom in 762 TT when Atu Projec deposed Caji II. In 742 TT, she returned to the kingdom to depose Atu Projec, tie him to a horse, and send him into the Great Caseic Mountains. She then ruled the Cajia Kingdom until her death in 696 TT.
