Dwarf-Niueyjar relations refer to the bilateral relations between the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) and the various Dwarf factions.
History
The Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) first found Dwarf Island on 21-7 17 PC and reported that it showed signs of primative civilisation. They made contact with the island on 28-7 17 PC, establishing relations with some of the Dwarves on the surface. The next day however, the CNN representatives offended the surface Dwarves with the surface Dwarves declaring an "eternal grudge" against them. The CNN representatives were forced to seek refuge with a subterranean faction. The next day they offended this faction and sought refuge with a third faction.
