Rak-Dal is the leader of the SLK.
Biography
Rak-Dal met with Anhal'pso of the Central Democrats of Hangmeng on 19-5 21 PC. Anhal'pso gave the SLK bread and guns and promised to provide more supplies to the SLK. He also agreed to print and distribute the SLK's version of the Laykoh to Nongbans.
