Glue (cheese)

On the Isles of Joy, glue refers to a number of soft cheeses, such as Moza Sticks, that are thought to be particularly melty in texture. Likely referring to the cheeses' "stickiness", the term probably emerged as a joking nickname for the food before it eventually came to overshadow the original term. Typically made in humid environments, some of them tend to be fried or melted before serving in order to produce the desired gluey texture.
