Amirinds (sign:₴ code KER) sometimes spelled ameerends, are the official currency of the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic. They were introduced centuries before Kel-Elemi Unification as a symbol of trade. Until the introduction of Amirinds, silver, jade and gold were the most common currencies used by merchants in Kel-Elemi.
During the Seireimeiko, political instability caused the Ameerends to lose 99% of their value.
