A cryptid is an elusive non-human entity that is rumored to exist by a specific culture or island. Evidence of a cryptid's presence is usually passed on through word of mouth and may be part of local folklore. Usually, a cryptid's existence cannot be definitively proven.

- Oqovimoqo is a disembodied human circulatory system with distended veins and arteries. It is said to stalk individuals who will soon die and exsanguinate them.
