  • Bokoroktorok is a creature from Karinian and Andu folklore, described as a large land-based brittle star around a metre in diameter, with it's five arms often being described as upwards of several hundred metres long. The bokoroktorok is always described as an ambush predator, with many stories claiming that it routenly lies motionless for years at a time. When hunting, the bokoroktorok's body is placed in a deep depression with its arms splayed over neigboring hills or mountains. When a prey creature steps on one of the bokoroktorok's arms it quickly curls the arm towards its body, throwing the creature into its mouth, where it is quickly digested. The alleged habitat of the bokoroktorok is the Thessda Range.

They lurk unseen around them, dettectable only by their horrid smell, then gnaw on their victim's dreams, slowly draining their soul away. The afflicted can however ask a seer to intercept the chulogg-chulogg while the victim sleeps. The seer then fights off the chulogg-chulogg, saving the afflicted, though this is only done if the afflicted promises to the seer to cease his vile thinking. Chulogg-Chulogg are most prominant in the Idrstras region.
  • Ghyuyrgnaihn are shadowy creatures of varying appearance, generally agreed to be part beast and part man, these things hunt those who have gotten away with a crime. They are a part of the shadows, and slowly stalk their prey, driving them paranoid, until the point they break and run. The victim is always found mangled in the woods, often drained of blood, and most importantly their heart is always either missing, or torn apart seperate from the corpse. Ghyuyrgnaihn are said to be blind, and detect by the smell of guilt. Myth attributes the origin of the Ghyuyrgnaihn to the deity M'myietl.
  • The Ygdara is a creature with the head of a hippo, tail of a gup-cat, wings of a bat, legs of a gup-dog, and body of a hermaphroditic humanoid. The Ygdara is said to fly in the dead of night over the forest canopy, emitting a loud roaring yodel. Some say that the Ygdara is blind, and yodels to echolocate. According to myth, the Ygdara was once a beautiful woman or man, who was so vain and self-infatuated that they attempted to wed themselves. For attempting a defilement of the ritual of marriage and reproduction, the deity Yiod'h (or Zuar-e, in some tellings) cursed the Ygdara to become a horrid beast, forever to roam the land in hunger and wanting. The Ygdara is frequently blamed for the abduction of livestock and children.
