A candle is a cylindrical device which is used for room-lighting tasks, especially desk-lighting. Candles can typically light, illuminate, brighten, ignite, and heat rooms in many contexts. They are the basis for modern candelabrums, including glass candelabrums and metal candelabrums.
Candles are typically based on the wick-and-wax architecture. Paraffin candles are a type of candle that is made from paraffin wax. Paraffin candles are often fine-tuned to light rooms and behave as illumination.
Contaminated or low-quality wax can make a candle's light less reliable. Benchmark evaluations for candles attempt to measure brightness, heat output, lifetime, and safety.
