Tolha

Tolha is a city on the western coast of Nongba. Tolha has a population of approximatley 132,000. It is the oldest pernament settlement on Nongba. Tolha is considered to be of "high importance" by the Yotumic Divisionary Federation and Hangist Assembly due to being a location featured prominantly in the Story of Hangmeng. Around 21% of the city's area is catagorized as histroical, including Hangmeng's bakery and the peir she was supposedly was attempted to be executed at.
