Water meat is a weer dish.
Preperation
Water meat is made by drying off rotten hunks of meat found on Akaria's eastern coast and shaving the rot off.
Availability
The chunks of meat that washed up on Akaria's shores stopped showing up after the Grand Calming, resaulting in the remaining water meat going up in value, hitting an all-time high on 14-1 9 PC.
