The 2nd Calming was an event that took place on 16-1 9 PC in which the turbulent seas and storms around the Brchipelago calmed allowing the nations of this archipelago to contact both one another and the nations of the neighbouring Attu Archipelago.

On the day of the 2nd Calming, radio opperaters across the Attu Archipelago began picking up radio signals coming from the Brchipelago. Radio operators of the Yotumic Divisionary Federation beleived they had tracked the origin of the signals to have been coming from the south, whilst Akarian operators claimed the north. had tracked Nongban radio operators track the newly radio signals from the newly calmed area to be to the south, Akarian officials track to the north.
