The Caseic blue-winged meathawk is a common bird native to south-western Casea. They typically reside in the wilderness, but are known to occasionally visit the roads to steal food supplies from travellers, and in rare cases the meat off the bones of travellers. The blue-winged meathawk is named for its blue wings and large muscle mass. Typically, their wingspans are comparable to the size of two horses. If captured, a meathawk is said to have enough meat on it to supply a travelling party with enough food to travel around the entire island of Casea.
