Leadership
The Greater Nayela Union is officially ruled by a pentarchy, meaning there are five leaders. Due to political turmoil in the Caseic Archipelago, there ended up being four leaders in the 40s PC. A temporary solution of using the mayor of Framaja-Nayela was in place for seven years. In 53 PC, the mayor was replaced with a coin amidst concerns that too much power was concentrated in the capital city.
