Deysachni Dragons

Deysachni Dragons are an animal native to Deysachin. They are not to be confused with other kinds of Dragon.

Description

Dragons are mammals comparable in size to mooses, identifyable by their large, hardened, overlapping, platelike scales, which in conjunction with their body shape make them resemble a very long pinecone. Despite their size and armored skin, Dragons are extremely agile, and capable of covering vast distances across land and aerially in fast time. Although incapable of flight, Dragons repeatedly leap across the land, making use of large vacuous airbladders which they fill with helium. They produce helium within their own body, through means currently unknown, though likely connected with their ability to produce Draconic Acid, a viscous substance that they use to ensnare and dissolve large quantities of birds as they scoop them into their gullets for further consumption.
