Doom Bot:Privacy policy
Last updated: 12/14/2024
This Privacy Policy describes how DoomBot (the "Bot") handles user data.
1. Information We Collect
DoomBot does not actively collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from users. The only user-related data the Bot may momentarily handle is the username of any user who interacts with it.
2. Temporary Logging
Usernames may appear in short-term operational logs created automatically for debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring DoomBot functions correctly. These logs are not used to identify or track individuals. They are retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes and are routinely deleted.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any user information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of any temporary logs. Once the logs are deleted, no data is retained.
5. User Choices
By using DoomBot, you acknowledge and agree that the Bot may handle your username in temporary logs as described. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Bot.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and your continued use of DoomBot after such changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
