Eiyye is a type of Utlian alcohol made from the sap of Eiy trees.
Cultivation
Eiyye is cultivated from Eiy trees using taps.
Early taps were constructed from wood and twine but in contemporary Utlia are made of shaped metal.
Use
Eiyye is primarily consumed via drinking, usually out of a glass or straight out of the bottle, the latter is common among youth in Utlia.

Eiyye is the national drink of Utlia

Evidence of Eiyye being drank dates back to a 1743 TT piece of carved and preserved bark from an Eiy tree
