Frish Kingdom
The Frish Kingdom was one of 2 major kingdoms in Utlian history and half of the eventual Unification of Utlia with the Eutan Kingdom. They occupied the southern Half of the island and parts of modern mountange.
History
Before Utlia was unified, it was entirely ruled by various city-states. Eventually 2 major kingdoms, the Eutan and Frish would begin to amalgamate the smaller city-states into their empires. The Frish Kingdom was ruled by the Frish family, who founded it from a city-state named Unlaunen, which would eventually become the Kingdoms capital.
Founding
The Frish kingdom was founded as the Unlauen city-state during the Utlian City State Boom on 23-6 1863 TT. The city-state quickly became the dominant power in South Utlia due to its location being near Utlias largest fresh lake.
Expansion and Expeditions
In 1800 the city-state had expanded to cover the entirety of modern South Utlia through frequent conquest and annexation of less powerful neighbors. The Frish Royal family, wanting accurate maps hired Vyren Kiyrn to explore the mountains and coasts north of the Frish boundaries, these expeditions brought upon the discovery of the Merriyem people and more importantly, the discovery of the Crater of Azzta, along with the birth of Azztanism itself.
Shadow Coup
In 1332 TT Haryen Frish, the kingdoms monarch died and his son was set to inherit the throne. This did not happen as the Azz'marin had the son assassinated due to his outspoken intent to dis empower the Kiyr Committee, leaving no male heirs. This meant the family had to decide who would inhereit the crown, but after they could not decide, the Kiyr Committee stepped in and chose close family associate and farrier, Loyln Eien. The Frish royal family, while not having any power remained as the figureheads of the kingdom, with the Eien family now making all the decisions.
