Il'Shunta (Lit "New Shunta) is a city in the mountains of Nongba. It is the capital of the Yotumic Divisionary Federation and houses the Capitol Building of the Yotumic Divisionary Federation. It has a population of approximately 21,000, 72% of which are members of the YDF.
Il'Shunta is built surrounding the ruins of the old Tolha slave mine where Hangmeng was born. Almost all the buildings are built on mountains to prevent damage to the ruins. During the 7 PC Terrorist Attack on Nongba a portion of the ruins were damaged by falling debris.
