Illaa is a member of the Yotumic Divisionary Federation Defense Force and the first person from the Attu Archipelago to have a conversation with someone from Spyron.

Biography
Illaa was born in the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF) and went on to join the Yotumic Divisionary Federation Defense Force where she was eventually given command of the YDFDFNSS Lizard of Ana.
On 23-1 9 PC the YDF sent the Lizard of Ana, north to invistigate the recent mobilisation of the Serene Merchant Navy (SMN). The Lizard of Ana made radio contact with an SMN vessel on 8-2 9 PC, during which Illaa spoke witth Admiral Whip of the SMN, the first converation between someone from the Attu Archipelago and Spyron. During the meeting the pair aranged an in-person meeting between Whip and a YDF senator on an island off the coast of Spyron.
